- Account information: Name, email address, and password (hashed).
- Pilot & aircraft data: Certifications, flight hours, aircraft specifications, and related details you provide.
- Flight documents: PDFs, images, and text files you upload for risk assessment.
- Assessment results: Risk analysis outputs generated from your data.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to provide the PreFlightIQ risk assessment service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.
Third-Party Services
We use Anthropic's Claude AI and OpenAI APIs to generate risk assessments. Document content may be sent to these services for analysis. No personal account information is shared with these providers.
Data Retention & Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data including pilots, aircraft, documents, and assessments.
